In 1996 my parents bought this piece of land, they immediately fell in love with this unique place with a beautiful view of the Spanish Water. Now, in 2023, this place is known as the hot spot of the Jan Thiel district. And I would like to share this special place with you!

Villa Out of the Blue is situated in an elevated location and offers one of the most beautiful views of Curaçao. Once you open the automatic gate, you enter the tropical, fully fenced garden where you have space to park several cars.

Upon entering the villa, the spacious layout of the villa immediately becomes apparent, and the breathtaking view immediately makes a deep impression.

From Villa out of the Blue you have a spectacular view of Spanish Water,Table Mountain and the pleasure yachts, Caracas Bay and Caribbean Sea.

Boats depart from the Spanish Water for an excursion to Klein Curaçao. Klein Curaçao is a Coral Island and is located 24 kilometers off the southeast tip of Curaçao and just two hours by boat from Spanish Water. Its white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and colorful marine life makes it an ideal place for divers, snorkelers and sunbathers.
