Villa Out of the Blue can make your dream come true. It is a holiday villa with a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 8 people in the luxury village of ‘Vista Royal’ in the popular ‘Jan Thiel’ district.
The tropical garden is completely fenced and has an electric gate. You can park your car at the ground level entrance or next to the elevated entrance, making the villa accessible for disabled guests.
Villa Out of the Blue is situated high up on the wind with a panoramic 240-degree view towards Spanish Water, Caracas Bay, and the Caribbean Sea. On the veranda, you can watch the pleasure boats leave while you relax and enjoy the view with a drink.

Villa Out of the Blue offers two separate sections, each with its own entrance and porch. Ideal for friends or families with older children. The property is beautifully situated in an elevated position, ensuring a cool and comfortable atmosphere both indoors and outdoors.
Upper floor
Upon entering, you step directly into the spacious living room with a beautiful new open kitchen equipped with a cooking island with oven, dishwasher, and induction hob. Cooking becomes a pleasure as you prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner while enjoying the spectacular view.
The spacious living room features a seating area with television and a comfortable dining table for eight people, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. From the living room, you have access to the veranda, guest toilet, and two bedrooms, which share a spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms have a French door or sliding door to the rear veranda.
Ground floor
The lower-level apartment has its own entrance, a living room, and a pantry with a fridge and coffee and tea maker. The two bedrooms share the bathroom with a toilet.
From the covered veranda, you have a great view over the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful swimming pool.
Villa Out of the Blue’s swimming pool has a built-in sitting lounge, ideal for cooling off. Here you can enjoy your tropical drink and the beautiful view in the Caribbean breeze.
